Collage is open for dining all day and offers flavours from around the world, with Teppanyaki and Tempura stations, together with wood fired ovens for pizzas “Roma” style. Not far from the hotel is The Golden Temple or Harmandir Sahib, the most important place of spiritual significance to those of the Sikh faith. Surrounded by a maze of lanes and fortified gateways it is the holiest shrine of the Sikh community and is home to the Guru Granth Sahib, the Holy Book of the Sikhs. Further away the border station of Atari and the Wagah check point offers guests the opportunity to watch the flag lowering ceremony at the border between India and Pakistan. This unique parade has a choreographed drill with aggressive posturing and sabre rattling which drawls loud cheers from spectators on both sides.

The most luxurious accommodation is the Amritsar Suite, again on the top floor, it has all the facilities of the Executive Suite but it also has a terrace with a fireplace.
