Experience
Thai Chi located on the first floor sends diners on a journey to the Far East with a menu featuring delicious cuisine from the Chinese provinces of Sichuan and Canton as well as the shores of Thailand. Collage is open for dining all day and offers flavours from around the world, with Teppanyaki and Tempura stations, together with wood fired ovens for pizzas “Roma” style.
