Eden Rock, St Barths is perfectly situated on an outcrop at St Jean Bay. Experience
There is plenty to experience at the resort. Perhaps arrange to rent a catamaran or speedboat. The Sea Sports Club offers complimentary activities including kayaking, snorkelling which is superb as Eden Rock is surrounded by a live coral reef . There are additional charges for windsurfing, scuba diving off site, water skiing and land & sea excursion. Guests can enjoy time browsing in the hotel’s boutique or art gallery. The hotel offers a full range of beauty and spa treatments, which guests can experience in the comfort of their own private room. There is a well equipped fitness centre where guests can enjoy yoga and Pilates in small groups or this can be arranged on an individual basis.
Children are most welcome at the hotel, although there are no specific facilities except for babysitting and a children’s menu is available. There is also a fully equipped business centre with a wide selection of children’s and adult’s books together with a selection of classic movies.
Eden Rock, St Barths has two excellent restaurants; On The Rocks is a chic restaurant serving fine wines and exquisite French cuisine prepared by the celebrated international chef Jean-George Vongerichten. The other restaurant is called the Sand Bar, located near the beach it doubles as a lunchtime restaurant offering a more relaxed brassie styled menu, however equally as glamorous as an evening setting.
Accommodation
Eden Rock consist of 32 Cottages & Suites plus 2 Ultra-luxe villas. All the cottages, suites and villas differ, each filled with individual textures, colours and fine art. All accommodation includes every luxury amenity and complimentary high speed internet. At Eden Rock the rooms are furnished with hand crafted furniture, perfectly positioned to take full advantage of the many views and fashioned with impeccable attention to detail. There are Three Heavenly Beach Houses; these offer 1 and 2 bedroomed split level houses overlooking the ocean. Each offer spacious living areas, kitchen, en-suite bathrooms, Jacuzzi, terraces and gardens.
The 2 ultra-luxe villas - one called Nina and the other called Villa Rockstar, both are outstanding in design. The truly enormous Villa Rockstar consisted of two houses; north and south connected by a fountain courtyard and cloisters. The 16,000 sq ft property includes beautiful detailing, perfect cuisine and superb housekeeping. It is particularly private and secure, with its own gate onto a vast beach of soft white coral sand and even has a state-of-the-art music studio which was once used by John Lennon.
