Singita Sasakwa Lodge - Accommodation
Sasakwa Lodge in the vast 350,000 acre private Grumeti Reserve is one of the most luxurious lodges in Africa built in the style of a grand Edwardian Manor house. It is situated on the western side of the Serengeti system so enjoys the greatest wildlife show on earth right on its door step.
Experience
In addition to the more usual safari game drive activities there are spa, yoga and gym activities on offer, archery, lawn croquet, stargazing safaris, mountain biking and tennis; there is also a very high quality Equestrian Centre at Sasakwa Lodge which is home to eighteen very well schooled horses; experienced riders can enjoy riding on the Serengeti Plains and two to eight day riding safaris can be organised.
Accommodation
There are 9 cottages ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms; each air-conditioned with bath and shower, lounge with fireplace, dressing area, a guest toilet, veranda with a Swarovski spotting scope, heated infinity plunge pool, personal bar and fridge, electronic safe, direct dial telephone and wireless internet access. There is even satellite television in the main area!
